The house is within easy reach of Uni, a flat cycle ride of 15 minutes or flat walk of 40 minutes. It is also a 2-minute walk from a bus stop for the 20A/C which takes less than 10 minutes to get to campus.
The No.4a bus goes into town, or you can walk 4 minutes to the bus stop for the No. 2 and take a 6-minute journey into town - Very well-connected! The house is also only a 30-minute walk from the city centre and train station.

Local Co-op, post office, newsagent, bakery, and pharmacy all within a 2-minute walk. Tesco's and a large Sainsbury's are close by, as well as other amenities a short walk away (doctors, pharmacy, chip shop, 2 pubs, dentist, parks, and the skyline walk).

The landlord lives locally and can always be contacted.
The house is very well looked after and maintained.

Rooms range in price depending on room size. Tenants should be non-smoking, mature in manner, and be comfortable with the idea of a predominantly quiet and peaceful house, especially in the evenings.
