I have one beautiful double room to rent in a stunning large Victorian house located in the centre of Bath. Both rooms are fully furnished. I have a single bed in the double room as I am looking for a single person only.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, large kitchen and 2 lovely bath rooms. The house is very luxurious and comfortable. It is also very clean & tidy. The house is located very near to the city centre and it is just 5 minutes walk in to the city and 10 minutes walk to the University bus stop. Great location.
I am looking for a SINGLE Professional who is a non smoker. You must be CLEAN and TIDY. A vegetarian would be ideal but not essential.
Rent : £640 pcm inclusive of all bills including gas, electric water, wireless broadband and council tax..
