I’m on the current lookout for a new flatmate to occupy the second double room in the flat as my current flatmate is moving out soon.

The flat is located on Great Pulteney Street, right in the city centre of Bath. The room soon to be available is a large double room with its own en-suite shower and toilet. The room will be unfurnished, however if this is an issue please do still get in contact as I might be able to help with sourcing some furnishings.

I’m looking for a flatmate who wants a home and a sociable living situation. As well as doing fun activities together, I also feel it is important to respect each other’s space. Ultimately, looking for someone to join the flat and create a happy balanced living situation.

The flat is very spacious, there is a large communal living/dining area, a separate kitchen and a main flat bathroom. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and fridge/freezer. The flat is located on the top floor of the building so we are given the luxury of some amazing views over Bath! Even though we are right in the centre, we are just across the road from Henrietta Park as well as the recreational grounds. So lots of green space around!

A bit about myself; I’m quite a sociable person, I enjoy having friends round to chat and play a few games. I enjoy going down to the pub and having a drink with friends as well as going out to explore Bath. I work in the creative industry so am partial to a few exhibitions and art events. I’d be looking for a flatmate who would be happy joining in with activities and social events, as well as alone time.
