Located in Bath on the right side of the city for the university, in Bathwick, within easy walking distance of both the city and the bus stops to university up on Bathwick Hill.

This room is inclusive of water, gas, electric and superfast broadband utility bills. It is a large double bedroom with great views, located on the first floor. It's adjacent to a clean and bright bathroom which is shared with another postgraduate.

The room has a top quality Relyon double bed, desk, side lights, bedside tables, a chair and wardrobe plus an extra built-in cupboard-wardrobe. On the same floor is a clean and good condition bathroom with modern fixtures and electric shower yo ensure hot water when you need it.

I am a residential landlord based on the ground floor but travel a lot and respect tenants privacy. I am easily contactable. (The house has two large rooms on the first floor, including this one for rent.)

It is also served by 2 bus regular bus routes which take you direct to the city centre and station.

I am happy to answer questions and send more pictures to students interested in reserving the rooms from abroad....I’m used to working with international students who want to reserve well ahead - or just before!- their course start dates.

You also get shared access to a sunny lounge/dining room and shared ground floor kitchen.

The house is fully electrical safety tested, has proper fireproofing and smoke alarms.
