Hi, looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a two-bedroom flat near junction road. Rent is £855 a month without bills (and there will be a deposit of 5 weeks rent to pay before moving in). Room is a double, was unfurnished but I would be happy to discuss leaving the bed and furniture. I’m looking to leave ASAP (before Christmas). As there is another person if you are happy with everything else then we can arrange for you to meet the remaining person before confirming everything with the landlord.
