Hi I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in South Avenue, Oldfield. It is a perfect location with it being a 5 min walk to Moorland road and a 10 min walk to either Junction road or Brougham Hayes.
I live in a 5 bedroom house situated over 3 floors with 2 bathrooms. I live with 3 boys and a girl who are all very clean, friendly and welcoming.
My room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, shelf, mirror and a few pin-boards. It is a warm and cosy room, when you enter the ground floor through the front door, it is the first room to the right and is next to one of the bathrooms.
The rent is £610 a month and bills are £102 a month.
I am ready to move out mid March 2025, and the tenancy will last until 31st of July 2025. This will equate to around 4.5 months worth of rent and bills.
