We're looking for a female 18-26 who's interested to rent this room from 8 June 22 for up to three months/15 September. Our house is in a beautiful, quiet and central part of Bath, just off Widcombe Hill: 25 minutes' walk from Bath Uni and 5 minutes' walk from the centre of town.

The room is bright and fresh, with a lovely view over our quiet, tree-lined street. There's a shower/bathroom to share and the kitchen is available to use for light cooking. There's a lovely garden too and use of a washing machine and tumble dryer, with free parking nearby.

The room advertised has a built-in wardrobe and desk and rent includes all bills. We're a relaxed, outgoing family offering a friendly home to share. We live with our teenage daughter, one other female lodger and our dog Max. We offer a house that's fresh, tidy and clean and appreciate having people to stay who are also respectful, clean and tidy.

Please note that one of our household works full-time from the house. That means this room isn't offered for those wanting to work remotely from home or likely to spend most of their time in the house.
