Hi,

We're looking for a new flatmate to come and live in my newly refurbished flat in a lovely location in Selly Park.
The room is very large with two big windows, double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and desk.
We are all postgraduate students so a more mature student would be a good fit, but more important is that we like you!
The flat is all newish-ly refurbished (2018) with new flooring throughout, new kitchen and new toilet and bathroom.
All bills are included; gas, electric, water and superfast internet (as well as netflix and amazon prime) but we are exempt from council tax so a professional would have to pay this themselves (until I start working in August 2021).
I do have 6 pet rats so animal lovers are a must. They live in a cage but you would need to be comfortable around them! I am happy to consider other pets you might want to bring with you but these would have to be caged animals (i. e. no cats or dogs) as this is a condition of the leasehold on the building.
The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.
I walk daily to the QE currently which takes about 25 minutes and the flat is a 15 minute walk from the dental hospital and university according to google maps.
There is parking on-site and I have never had a problem getting a space. I also have a garage which I don't currently use which could be rented out for an additional cost if required.
We are a friendly flat and are looking for a new housemate we will get on with.
