Hi, I have a 5 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms in Harborne. Currently living with 3 other housemates, and we have one room free! We range from second year students to third year students, and they're all lovely! We're all friendly people, and very easygoing! In the attached photos, Room 1 is shown and is the room that's free! House is a 10 minute walk from University station, and a 10 minute walk from Harborne High Street. Rent is £82 per week not including bills. All utility bills are roughly £30 per month. Wifi fees are included in the rent. Location is quiet and very safe to walk back to at night. Need housemate asap! Not too fussed about gender, but would prefer females.
