Hello, I am a 29 year old web developer and PhD student. Are you my next roommate?? This is a whole house, originally meant for a small family, and has plenty of space with 3 reception rooms (a dining room, a carpeted living room, and a conservatory with separate entrance), 2 double bed rooms, a single bed room, and one bathroom. Private fenced-in garden with large storage shed as well as a driveway big enough for 2 vehicles.

Hi! I just moved into a 3 bedroom semi-detached townhouse. The interior is modern and clean. It's a 20 min walk to University Station & QE hospital, perfect for either students or professionals, plenty of room to spread out and live. It has a back garden, sun room/conservatory, driveway and is across the street from a neighborhood grocer & laundromat. Landlord wants max 2 occupants.
Utilities not included. I just switched to Bulb gas & electric as well as Virgin Media 200 mbps internet. Have an estimate on what those will cost, not sure what water bill will be. Currently unfurnished, have an agreement to acquire a friend's furniture over the next month but will not cover furniture for your room (there may be some things available to use and I can help you find furniture quickly! if you need something to sleep on while you find furniture, there will be a guest bed soon you can use).
I am renting the house through a real estate agent and you must be able to pass their reference checks/have a guarantor if you are under the calculated affordability, who they will also reference. Deposit of 5 weeks' rent per their terms.
Rent is 412.50 per month with the above conditions (no utilities included, we will split utilities 50/50, and the room is unfurnished).
3 minute walk to park, 2 minute walk to bus stops. A small grocery is literally across the street! Available room has street view and is the one pictured on the 1st image, top left. It is also the last image, has wallpaper around the window. The window next to it corresponds to the smaller guest room. Two entrances: one front door, and one straight to the sun room/laundry room
Roommate that seldom eats red meat preferred due to my allergy (alpha gal allergy) although I am really flexible! Pets considered upon agreement with landlord, I might have a dog
I am gone ~1 week per month for research. There is an elderly neighbor who is home all day and keeps an eye on the place, as well as a home security system. Due to the neighbor it has been requested to not have loud student parties.
