I am a live-in landlady and PhD student at UoB who is frequently away. The other flatmate is a freelance teacher. We’re both in our 30s and more introverts and busy a lot. Weekday evenings are quiet, the house is located in a family area. We socialise every now and then, mostly in the kitchen over some food or wine or watching a movie together. Weekends have been filled with friends coming over for dinner in the garden. The house is ample with plenty of natural light, the tenancy agreement is a six month contract at the beginning and continues on a monthly-rolling basis from there. All bills inclusive.

There is a cat which is part of the household. There is a beautiful garden plus bike shed.
