Hi, i’m looking for someone preferably female to replace me in one of the rooms available in a 5 bedroom house. There are four other females in the house who currently study nursing and are in 3rd year. I am moving out due to moving back London. We are very sociable and enjoy movie nights, games nights and going out for food, cocktails etc. We are also a very professional household so we understand and respect each other.
The room available is a spacious double ensuite room with a tv. You will have access to a shared living room, spacious kitchen and a massive garden. The house is located in Selly Oak and is just a few minutes away from Selly Oak Station, Aldi, Sainsburys and Tesco.

No deposit as I will be leaving my deposit on there.

The rent is £540, however I need a replacement desperately, therefore I am willing to pay £150 per month out of the rent till the end of the contract in June.
