We’re 3 female housemates in search for a 4th female housemate. All of us are students at Aston University and will be starting our 2nd year once the tenancy begins. We all enjoy socialising but also like staying in as well so we are looking for someone who would be similar to us. We’re looking for university students from any year and any university in Birmingham. Or anyone who is between the age range of 18-23.

The property is a house in Selly Oak, a few minutes walk from UOB. It is very close to the train station and bus links. We will be picking a bills package in April and therefore the monthly rent may change but not by much. We cannot provide photos of the property at the moment but we can send you a 3D tour link!
