Looking for another flatmate to share a fully furnished house. A large double bedroom is available in a calm residential area. The house is close to the University of Birmingham (20 minute walk) and has good transport links to the city centre. The property has a great garden and parking is available. The rent stated above doesn't include bills. The house was recently refurbished recently and is to a very good standard. From experience, the pictures don't do it justice. We are three chemical engineering students who are starting our third and fourth years of study. We like playing sports, spending time walking and watching movies and TV shows in our free time. We are generally quite clean and prefer someone the same. We have lived together for the past few years and are looking for someone to stay with us and make a life-long friend.
