The house is two minutes from Harborne high street and 10 minutes to the QEHB. Also good travel connections into town centre and walking distance to the university campus and train station.

The current housemates are friendly and sociable with a mix of professions/post graduate study and interests including fitness, cocktail evenings and trips out to the pub/cinema.

Included in the price are all bills and utilities including super fast fibre optic broadband. Rent is expected 1 month in advance.

Young professional and female tenant preferred. No undergrad students. Mature undergrad and postgrad students considered.
