Fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom, with a second toilet downstairs. Spacious garden. House is next to Selly Oak park, and is a 10 minute walk from Sainsburys, or 20 minutes to Aldi. Selly oak train station is a 12 minute walk from the house.
