Two rooms will be available in my lovely flat on a quiet street in Harborne starting mid-March 2025.

Room 1 - available March 17th (flexible the week prior). Rent 385 pounds pcm (344 pounds deposit)
Room 2 - available April 1st. Rent 375 pounds pcm (344 pounds deposit) / TAKEN
Utilities: Electricity (around 65 pounds/person/month); water (around 50 pounds/person, every 6 months); internet (around 9 pounds/person/month); council tax (Band D).

The contract currently runs until April 30th, and we will be renewing it from May 1st.

Both are large rooms in a 3-bed, about 100 m2/1000 sq ft flat, on the first floor of an apartment building. The flat has a large, open-plan kitchen/living room with a fridge, washer, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a shared bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking a green space and the road.

The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe and both face the garden/street.

The flat is ideally located a 10-minute walk away from Harborne High Street, with supermarkets and shops nearby and 15 minutes from the University of Birmingham/QE Hospital. The 23/24 bus takes you to the city centre in about 20 minutes.

You'll be sharing the flat with Thomas (34, from France). I'm a full-time PhD student at the University of Birmingham, splitting my time between Birmingham and Paris. I tend to keep to myself during the day (working either from home or on campus) but I'm happy to hang out, have a chat or go for a drink/restaurant every now and then :) (Rudy's Harborne is nearby!).

I'm looking for new LGBTQI+ or LGBTQI+-friendly flatmates within my age range who are tidy and clean and would look forward to sharing this great apartment with me!
