Hi,

We are looking for a replacement for our friend's double room in a house located between Selly oak and Harborne. The house is within 15 mins walk to the Uni of Birmingham, or less than 10 mins walk to the QE Hospital.

Rent is £110 per week. Bills differs every month, but could be approximately £50 - £100 per person in addition (gas, electricity, water, wifi).

There are 2 shower rooms and 1 wc in the house (4 double rooms), hence never once that we had to wait for a shower room/wc. There is a huge garden at the back of the house too.

Oh, also worth noting that the house do not have living hall, and we just sit at the kitchen during social days. The current tenants (a mix of postgrad student) are very nice and friendly. sometimes we cook and eat together, in most times we only see each other once a week due to busy schedule

There is a parking space in front of the house. The house is also located in front of a very nice park.
