I am looking for a female student to stay in Mason halls in Birmingham from May to August (4 months). The flat consists of four Chinese students and one Indian student, and all of us are female.

The accommodation is conveniently located near the University of Birmingham, making it an ideal choice for students. The room comes with a private bathroom, and only the kitchen is shared. The kitchen has individual storage spaces and designated fridge sections for each resident.

The environment is quiet compared to other accommodations, and the complex is well-structured. All flatmates are friendly, and we have been living together harmoniously without any issues.
(Bedding (duvet, pillow, and linens) and personal tableware are provided.)

The rent has already been reduced from the original price, and if you stay for the full four months, I may offer a further discount.
