Hi

I recently bought and renovated my house (there are still a couple bits of aesthetics to finish off) but it has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The house is less than a mile away from Bramley train station (10-15 min walk). I currently use the drive but there is plenty of street parking at the front and back of the house. I have a garage for storage and a garden ready for summer.

The double room is furnished (bed, eve memory foam mattress, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and desk) and i'm happy for you to add anything to the room to make it your own.

I am currently doing a Masters and usually go to the office about once or twice a week if not I work from home in my office. I enjoy going out most weekends but also love a night in, I play netball on mondays and coach gymnastics on wednesdays. Looking for someone socialable and tidy!
