Hi, I am looking for someone short-term (1-6 months), who is considerate, and independent. No working from home, or pets. The space is quiet, spacious and light.

The room
Big, light, and quiet. It is nicely decorated and in good condition. Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat
2 big double bedrooms (sharing with me), huge living room/ dining room, big bath and power shower, kitchen with all good condition white goods. It is quiet and warm. I use the living room to teach yoga and work but you can use it to eat and relax when I am not using it.

No 1 bus stop right outside and are very regular
Free parking in small bay outside the flat
15 mins walk to the sea
15 min walk to the downs
20 min to RSCH - Ideal if you work at the hospital

Me
I love yoga, meditation, dancing, walking, cycling, spending time with friends, veggie food, films etc. I am easy going, relaxed and like a quiet space to live in, friends are welcome but no parties.
