You would be sharing with 3 girls including me, we will be going into our final year at uni, so we want a calm house so that we can study and stuff. We're definitely super sociable but not party people, we would prefer to chill and watch TV rather than have parties! We are after someone like that, who is also tidy and respectable!

The house is near Hove Town Hall and is 3 mins walk to the sea and a 15 mins bus to Brighton Uni (or a lovely half hour walk along the seafront!)
The house has one bathroom for us to share, as well as large kitchen/dining/living room!
The bedroom is unfurnished - but there are plenty of places in Brighton to buy cheap or second-hand furniture if this would be an issue!

Rent is £563pcm, without bills, but they aren't that expensive at all. There is a deposit and agency fee that will have to be paid as well.
The room is available in mid August, for a 12 month contract‚
