We have a single room available in a three bedroom house in the Coombe Road area of Brighton. The house is warm and cosy, 10 min away from University of Brighton Moulsecoomb campus and train station. We are looking for a working professional or female student who is friendly, tidy and considerate. You will be sharing with two professional females and a cat. We have a large patio and garden, free on-street parking, and excellent local amenities and bus routes, with a 30 minute walk to town centre.
