I am looking to rent out my room for June. I know this is short notice, and so it may be that I can't find someone from June 1st but get in touch if you need somewhere any time from now. There'll is someone moving into the room permanently from July, and so this would be perfect for someone who's looking for a temporary place to stay..

You'll be living with some truly great people, and if you don't agree by the 30th of June then I'll give you your money back*.
