I am moving out of a double room in a great, friendly shared student house. 4 students - 3 female 1 male, 2 are currently studying at BIMM as undergraduates, one masters student at University of Sussex and one graduate, so students or graduates welcome.

The room has a lovely feel on the first floor looking out onto the garden and is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and cupboard storage space. Housemates are really friendly, sociable and easygoing.

2 shared bathrooms on the first floor (one pictured) and shared lounge and kitchen areas.

Contract runs from August to August but I have paid the first month's rent. The letting agents are also very helpful and have quickly solved all issues.

I am a graduate moving out due to getting a job elsewhere.
