Hello!

We have two rooms coming up as available in our house - unfortunatley we had a tenant drop out last minute due to a change in circumstances and we are sadly losing our lovely housemate Alex as she is going to be moving in with her partner in the new year.

The tennants remaining will be myself, Chloe and Lucy. In the house we have a bit of a family vibe and we like to hang out together in the lounge, share meals, play games, watch tv/films, do arty stuff and just chill and chat - we have also recently starting braving winter swims together too

However we do also very much have our own things going on too so would be great if our new flatmates could fit into this dynamic :)

We like to think of our house as chilled atmosphere where you can come home and relax and know you're in a safe space opposed to a party house

I currently working in supported housing with varied hours, Chloe works at Lush which means the house always smells amazing (and sometimes brings us home treats!) and Lucy is currently studying English at Sussex uni. We're all vegan but you don't have to be vegan to live here!

Our 5 bedroom flat is set over two stories above a shop in an amazing location on Kensington gardens! It's in the heart of the Laines with lots of cool pubs and shops on our doorstep and super close to the beach 

We have a comfy little lounge with lots of plants which looks over onto the main street, so great for people watching! A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a seperate utility room with a washer/dryer and a big fridge and freezer.

There are two bathrooms downstairs, one with a shower and one with a bath/shower combo as well as an upstairs toilet room too!

Both rooms available are large doubles, furnished with a bed, drawers and built in wardrobes. They both have exactly the same lay out but are on separate floors.

One room is available now and Alex's room will be available mid Jan (just awaiting a confirmation of date)

It's really important that new housemates are considerate, respectful and can clean and tidy up after themselves (we're all pretty clean so it's important to us that we find someone on the same wavelength) - but bonus points if you are somewhat house proud too!

The rent includes all the bills, we just pay separately for tv/internet 

It's also rented privately so there are no agency fees! I've lived her for a year and a half and think our landlady is lovely, she is interested in making sure that there is a good dynamic in the house between tenants and is also pretty quick to respond if something does go wrong 

However she's asked for no couples or students (she seems to be okay with mature students though!) and it's a minimum of 6 months on the tenancy
