This Friendly house is situated only 15 minutes away from Brighton centre by bus, or a 30 min stroll. Bus stop 2 mins away. Train station 20 mins away. The street provides FREE parking which is rare to find in Brighton.

Garden to enjoy in the summer months. Walks to the countryside are accessible from the top of the road.

I am a practicing therapist and will sometimes see clients in my work room downstairs, so you may see visitors other than myself in the house from time to time.
