The sea is a 10 min stroll away, Brighton, a lovely 25 mins stroll to the centre or to the station. No.2 bus route. Sutherland rd area.

Currently considering short and longer term lets. could even be a counselling or therapy room. all ideas considered.

It is an old house with all the charm that comes with it and has been my home for 19 years. I have been an airbnb superhost for 6 years, The pictures are from the airbnb site and the room can be changed to suit. I have enjoyed welcoming people from all over the world for different lengths of time but I thought I would try having a roomie instead.
I'm laid back, fun loving, chilled and respectful.
I am a gardener and design with plants, making pretty outside spaces for people. I swim in the sea, i love long walks, I try and do 5km run regularly and I practice yoga, I meditate. I drink wine and like delicious food. But all in a low key way :). I try to live an environment conscious life.
