Your room is a sunny double overlooking a pretty garden, with 2 windows, double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk and shelves, or other piece of furniture.


There is a lovely new kitchen/diner with dishwasher and washing machine, lounge with log burner and separate dining room. Bathroom and separate toilet is shared with me. There is a pretty little garden at the back.

If you are clean, tidy and easy going, like to share some meals or a glass of wine, also happy with your own time and space, then please contact me. Whether you are professional or a student, I hope this will be your home not just a room.

My name is Mary (pronouns she/her) and you will be sharing with me and my friendly cat Ziggy.
I currently work from home due to Covid, and I like to get out as much as possible to my allotment or a cycle ride. In more normal times I drum with a samba group, and like to go out dancing and to gigs. I do yoga when I can and currently do a Zoom class. I also look forward to resuming a little travelling in the future.

I am pescetarian, although most of my cooking is vegan and veggie, and live as sustainably as I can. I would be great if you have similar values.

Occasionally my son stays in the 3rd bedroom when home from Uni, he is very studious and no trouble at all, and sometimes it may be let out short term.
