I am looking for someone to replace me in a beautiful flat with a very kind landlady that respects your privacy.

I have been very comfortable here. The bed is amazing to sleep in (bedding provided), all bills included, the kitchen is spacious and modern with all things provided, washing machine and dishwasher (you get your own shelf in the fridge and the cupboard), bathroom is excellent, and the flat itself is in the best location (West Hill right next to Seven Dials). 4min walk to Brighton Station, bus stop 1 min away, Churchill square 5min away

The room would suit someone that wants a peaceful environment and is self-reliant. Definitely for a person that respects the privacy of the landlady, however, she is also very great to have chats with!
