We have a room available in our maisonette for ASAP.
The room currently has a single bed in it but does have room for a double bed. The room also has a built in dresser/ wardrobe and sink. The communal ares are very spacious and homely, with fully functioning utilities such as electric oven (it's a beauty), washing machine, fridges & freezer, bath & shower
The house is in a good location, about 30-40 minutes walk to town centre, 2 minutes to preston park station, 5 minutes to Preston park and good bus services that run into town. For those that cycle the route to town is completely flat so the journey takes about 15 minutes.
We are all 'professionals' with creative interests.
