3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with regular buses to the city centre and Brighton Uni (service 48)

The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair and wardrobe. Bedding, crockery and pans are not included.

It's a quiet road and family home, so it will suits someone studying at a nearby University. We have two friendly cats, so it is important you are happy with that and not allergic. One of us works from home, so we keep the house relatively quiet and can't accommodate loud music or excessive noise.

It is a private space with its own entrance, but has the security of being within a family home. Our Council Tax band is C.
