*I need to find a replacement for this tenancy by the end of Feb*
The room is a large double with a large window and lots of natural light. It comes totally unfurnished. The 2 current flatmates are working professionals, one does a 9-5 and the other is a bar manager so someone is always around!
The flat is located at the bottom of lewes road right by the level and is a 15 min walk to Churchill Sq, 5 mins to the North Laines.
Bills usually come to around £55 a month depending on the time of year + council tax.
There is permitted parking outside.
I’m looking for a professional aged 20-25 to take over my room, for a contract that ends august 2022 and can be renewed past that.
