Hey

after a sudden drop out of one of our existing house mates, we are looking for someone to fill our 6th bedroom in our house from September 2022-2023. We are a group of second year students 2 boys and 3 girls age ranging from 19-21. We are very easy going and looking for someone to join our group of friends. Our house is located at the bottom of Elm Grove so is perfect distance from bus stops into town and both Brighton and Sussex uni. Our rent is £733pp pcm so is £184 pp pw. We have 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen, living room and garden. Move in date Sep 9th.
