Double furnished room available from 11th September. Lovely home sharing with two housemates, currently 1 women/1 guy, and a sociable cat. This will definitely appeal to someone looking for a quieter place for study and research, or someone looking for a very peaceful place. Sharing a wonderful modern big kitchen/diner, two large shower rooms/loos (no baths), washing machine/dryer etc. Available as seven days but happy to consider Mon-Fri.
We're a very friendly, clean and tidy house where independent living, and your space is respected. Current housemates studying and working, so we catch up when diaries work for a meal, cuppa, wine, beer, chat, sort the world out ......
It's a wonderfully tranquil area at the top of Ditchling Road near Hollingbury golf course, perfect for undisturbed study or relaxed living with a beautiful contemplative garden overlooking the South Downs. Lots of space, light and airy, lovely large garden, amazing sunsets. Walks within minutes on the Downs or straight out onto the golf course with uninterrupted sea views.

Local supermarkets, Fiveways shops, pubs, cafe's, deli's etc, and Duke of York cinema all in easy reach, as is London Road Station, great for Brighton and Sussex Uni's.
Easy parking right outside, secure garage space for bikes, great access to A27/A23/M23 if needed.

Cost is £530 per month in advance, inclusive of fast broadband, plus £25.00 monthly contribution for utility bills. One month rent deposit required. We also share cleaning of communal areas and costs for regularly used cleaning goods, all by agreement of course.
