I have a furnished double room on the ground floor in my house on Islingword Street available from 29 May.

There's a lovely light open plan lounge and kitchen space leading onto a brilliant little leafy garden. The bedroom is a decent sized double and comes furnished. Please note that this is an old photo as the room is currently being re furnished. The price includes ALL bills. The deposit is £300 and there are no agent fees or any other sneaky charges. There's permit parking on the street and town and the station are only a short walk away.

Life in the house is sociable but chilled and I enjoy a nicely kept living environment. You'd be sharing with me and Rufus, my dog, and the odd Airbnb guest (the third bedroom). If you are clean, respectful, friendly and over 30yrs then you are probably perfect!

I'm happy to consider any length of let between 1 and 12 months. No Couples though.
