Relaxed flatmate wanted for garden flat (Doggy friendly)

First off there is a prerequisite; you must love dogs. I have a beautiful, affectionate and pretty adorable lurcher that goes by the name of Foxy. Haven't met a single person that doesn't love her and has converted several non furry loving people into animal lovers!
Also to note; I'm willing to consider another dog in the flat but really does depend on whether they get on etc...

The room looks out onto the garden with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed.

I'm completely laid back and like to keep a nice clean comfy home, that is what you'll be sharing - a home not just a room. This is a fun & chilled place but if you're looking for a party house then this isn't it. Not to say that there won't be dinners, BBQ's, gatherings etc. and glasses of wine!
