I live occasionally with my son (22) who is at University only returning in holidays and have another professional female lodger in her late 20s who is delightful. We also have a friendly and lovable chocolate Labrador who doesn't go upstairs.
We have enjoyed sharing our home with many students and young professionals in the last few years and are friendly and welcoming. However, I would be happy to rent to mature professionals who feel this kind of set up would suit them too.
We are a friendly and sociable house but also respect each others’ privacy.
The large kitchen/diner is the main shared space with a well equipped kitchen and dining table overlooking the pretty garden.
