We are looking for a friendly, laid back, socially conscious person over 25 to join our household, as Nimi is moving back to South Africa. Lovely house with pretty garden and Woodland views. It is on good bus routes, about 2 miles north of the city centre, near walks, the Downs, Stanmer Park and university Falmer sites. Free parking. Double room for single use, with TV and high speed Wi-Fi, furnished, with a lovely big window. Share of well-equipped large kitchen, garden room, pretty terrace and garden. I am 61, open-minded and friendly, as is Danni, a 36 year-old trans woman, who has lived here for around 8 years. We enjoy our own space, but like to socialise some of the time. The communal areas are kept fairly neat and tidy, and smoking outside is fine. (Vaping indoors is ok too). There is central heating and lots of hot water.
Fridge freezer for sole use.
LGBT and straight friendly.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
I spend some of my time at the house, but am now mainly living with my Lockdown Love fiancé in Ditchling. Danni works various hours, full-time.
