Hii, we are looking for 1 more person to fill a 6 bed house asap :). All double rooms, large living room area and 2 bathrooms. We’re a mix of students. The house is just off Edward Street, BN2 0JH. 10 min walk into town so great location.
Rent is £477/month. Security Deposit is £550.
Video viewing can be sent over. We’re lucky because it’s currently undergoing some refurbishment works so the move in date is the 7th October. They're painting the walls and doing the floors etc so will look amazing the time we move in.
The estate agent requires you to have a UK Guarantor (Guarantor has to earn 3x the individual rent), if you don’t you must be able to secure a guarantor from Housing Hand (which is no problem if you have student loan).
If you're not a student you have to pay for council tax approx £1,500 for the year, have a Guarantor and a secure income.
