Unfortunately I am leaving Brighton! So looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of my tenancy with the option the extend at the end of the contract. Currently just myself and my flatmate who is rarely at the flat. Beautiful basement flat with my room being a large double room with bay windows. Basement patio plus large living room.
