I have a double room available in a modern, light, and sunny top-floor apartment close to Hanover. The flat has a great hilltop position with views of the city, sea, and countryside, plus excellent transport links and local amenities nearby.

Flexible Rental Options:

I am open to different rental arrangements depending on interest and pricing. Options include:

- Renting the room while I’m here – Available now as a shared living arrangement.

- Exclusive use of the flat from May – This could be for one month or potentially up to six months or longer.

- A combination of both – You could rent the room with me here until May, then have the flat exclusively for a set period.

- Short-term let until May – If someone is looking for a short stay, I’m happy to consider this, and the flat may then be available for exclusive rental to another person afterward.

I’m flexible and will commit to a setup based on interest. If you’re looking for a long-term shared arrangement, that’s an option. If you’re interested in exclusive use of the flat, feel free to get in touch to discuss.

- South Downs – Easy access for walks & cycling
- Excellent public transport – multiple bus stops nearby
- Parking: Free on nearby roads except 11-12 pm & 6-7 pm (Mon-Fri). Visitor permits & long-term parking permits (3, 6, or 12 months) available.

About Me & Living Arrangements:
I’m friendly and easy-going, have lived with many people over the years, and run a small business (sometimes working from home). I like my own space but can be sociable too. Occasionally, I dog-sit, so you’d need to be comfortable with friendly dogs being around from time to time.

I’m not obsessively tidy, but I appreciate someone clean and respectful in shared spaces.
