We are offering a cozy ground-floor room in our family home, ideal for a responsible individual who enjoys a warm and welcoming environment. While I visit the property from time to time, I do not live there, I am posting this for my parents.

Household:
You’ll be living with my parents, who both work, my 8-year-old sister, and a small, senior male dog. We speak Spanish as our first language but also speak English.

The house is peaceful, and we hope to find someone who is clean, respectful, and comfortable living alongside a family.

The house is conveniently located close to many useful trains stations and shops.

- 10 min walk to Hove and Aldrington train stations
