A 5 bed house in round hill 5 min away from a bus stop and 10-15 min away from London road train station. We are looking for preferably a student but others will be considered. Rent is £747 pcm including bills and tenancy runs until 25th August 2025. The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house, fitted with a double bed, desk and wardrobe, and the house has 2 bathrooms to share with 4 other tenants. There is a shared kitchen/living space and a patio. We are all students in different years of study and looking for someone that can move in ASAP.
