In the photos the first is how the room was with the previous tenant (I added so that you can see the window and how the room looks in the day) the next are how I currently have the room. The house has no issues with damp, bills (including. WiFi) included in rent. The house has a newly renovated kitchen (2 months ago) 2 bathrooms which are kept very clean. Has a washer and a dishwasher as well as plenty of fridge space. The room is ground floor and spacious with a window looking out to the garden. Great location: 5 min walk to town centre, near grocery stores. Ideal for students on Brighton Unis city campus as it’s a 5 min walk. There is a bus stop a minute up the road which serves the 23 to all uni campuses. All of the housemates like nights in watching films and chatting but also pub trips and the odd night out. 4 medical students and 1 primary education student. The right tenant would need to have a guarantor who is a UK citizen and earns over £25,000 annually. Also be a full time student. I am seeking confirmation on the deposit amount currently. Tenancy until 31st July 2025
