The room is in a lovely, spacious house located in the heart of the South Lanes, just 1 minute from everything — cafes, shops, the seafront, and great local spots. It’s part of a beautiful and peaceful community with access to a private square, which makes it especially nice during the warmer months.

The house has a really special atmosphere and is an amazing place to live, especially in spring and summer. Bills are included and usually stay around £700 per month. They may increase slightly during the colder months due to heating, but overall costs remain very reasonable for the area.

This is not a party house, but it is a friendly, relaxed, and social home. We both enjoy music, good conversations, jokes, and occasionally having a drink or playing games. We’re very easygoing and respectful of each other’s space, and we’re looking for someone with a similar mindset.
