We have a sunny, single room available from 1st March. The room has a comfortable Victorian single bed, an in built wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, new carpet and a chair and desk. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. We are an easy going couple who are used to sharing. We have remained friends with our previous tenants. We have a large dog called Juno who is very friendly. Previous lodgers have been MA students or foreign students or professionals. We are warm and friendly and we occasionally have visits from our three grown up children.
