I am moving away from Brighton due to work and need a replacement for my tenancy at the property. It’s the largest room in the house at £533 a month (+£90ish bills). There is a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and upstairs toilet. (Council tax not included in rent)

The other three tenants are wonderful people and very friendly. Cleanliness is highly regarded in the house and chores in shared spaces are evenly distributed. Message me and I’ll get you in touch with them to see the house in person.

I am happy to contribute to the cost of bills for a couple months as I am in need to find a new tenant.
