We are three women and one man, aged 22-32, from Switzerland, England and Myanmar. Our interests / hobbies include cooking, sports, reading, psychology, health, politics and being out in nature. All of us are professionals and some of us are part-time students as well.
This is a friendly, quiet house share. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen when cooking together and occasionally we have coffee or dinner together in the living room. We're still a new constellation of people in the house and there is room for creating new routines together, such as occasional dinner nights or any other ideas.
If you could write a line or two about who you are and what you are looking for, that would be great. We look forward to meeting you!
It is a single furnished room in a modern house with a modern kitchen and living room. There is a large sized garden at the back of the house.
The house is opposite Blakers park which has free tennis courts. It’s off the main street in a little culdesac which keeps it quiet. It's 5 mins walk to London road train station and a 20 min walk to Brighton station or 10 bus ride into the center of town.
Looking for a friendly, tidy and responsible, easy going housemate. We’re all pretty chilled out, friendly and easy going.
Rent is £450 + bills £100. Total £550 / month. Deposit is £550.
It’s a minimum 12 month contract and the house and garden are no smoking and no pets.
It's available from the 20th of March and if you'd like to come and see the room or have any questions please send me a message.
Thanks :)
