We’re looking for a student to join our student house in Brighton due to our flat mate dropping out.
48 Ewhurst Road, Brighton and Hove, BN2
✅5 minute walk away from bus stop
✅Bus takes 13 minutes to City Centre
✅15 minute walk to University
Tenancy starts on the 13th September and it is for 42 weeks.
The house requires a deposit of £400pp which you get back at the end of the year provided that nothing has been damaged.
The Rent is £198.25pppw including bills.
There is also another bathroom being currently built so there will be 3 shower rooms.
It is house of 4 girls and 1 boy who all go to Brighton university. They are all amazing people that will make you feel very welcome and comfortable. They enjoy films, game nights and are very laid back and pleasant. If you are interested, even if you are going into your first year or you have any questions please contact us.
