We’re looking for a student to join our student house in Brighton due to our flat mate dropping out.
48 Ewhurst Road, Brighton and Hove, BN2
✅5 minute walk away from bus stop
✅Bus takes 13 minutes to City Centre
✅15 minute walk to University
Tenancy starts on the 13th September and it is for 42 weeks.
The house requires a deposit of £400pp which you get back at the end of the year provided that nothing has been damaged.
The Rent is £198.25pppw including bills.
There is also another bathroom being currently built so there will be 3 shower rooms.
It is house of 4 girls and 1 boy who all go to Brighton university. They are all amazing people that will make you feel very welcome and comfortable.
